The max number of web sources depends on your plan. Each page’s text character count is used to measure the size of a web source. For more substantial data requirements, you might need higher-tier plans.

Yes! You can add some custom data to your chatbot by adding the info you want the bot to know to your prompt on the chatbot manage settings page. You can also add other web pages to your sources at any time after your initial bot creation. If you are creating a chatbot by crawling a website link, from chatshape.com/create when you click 'Create Site' it will show you the character count and the crawled links. If you are using the Chrome extension, you can click the “Add Sources” button to add your preferred number of web sources to the bot; click the refresh icon next to 'Web Sources'. It will show you the character count before you click 'Generate Bot from Sources'.

Anytime you add some web sources and click 'Generate Bot from Sources,' a link is created to your new chatbot. This counts as one chatbot generation. Each plan has a different number of chatbot generations available based on its features.

One message is text typed to the chatbot that receives a response. Plans offer different message limits from 20 per month to unlimited, depending on the pricing tier you opt for.
