Your plan credits refresh on a monthly basis, depending on when you purchased a paid plan and who you purchase your account for the plan(s). For example, if you subscribed to the Plus plan on the 10th of the month, your plan credits would refresh and be added every month on the 10th day. Since not all months have the same number of days, if your refresh day would be the 29th, 30th, or 31st of any month, it instead is the 28th of that month.

Once you’ve consumed all your plan credits in a month, you will either have to wait for the next monthly refresh, or purchase additional credits. Bonus credits only consumed once you already used up all that month’s plan credits.

You are limited to uploading a certain number of new pages on any given monthly refresh. For example, if you are on the Plus plan, you can upload 3,000 pages every month per plan. The amount of free pages you can upload resets every monthly refresh. If you need to upload more pages than your plan limit, you can either upgrade plans or purchase bonus credits for uploading beyond your limit.

If you need to use more than your plan limit in a monthly period, you can purchase bonus credits that you can use anytime once you’ve exhausted your plan’s monthly plan credits. For example, if you’ve exhausted all of your monthly question credits or uploaded the maximum number of pages in a single month, you can purchase bonus credits.

By paying for the full-year upfront, you get an overall discount. If you know you’ll want to use Docalyis on an ongoing basis, this is the best option.

Yes, you can change your subscription plan at any time. Changing paid subscription takes effect immediately, and you will be charged or credited the difference in price.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription plan at any time. To cancel, visit the plans page, then click the button to cancel and downgrade to the Free plan. At the end of your current billing period, you will be downgraded to the free plan.

You will keep all your existing files if you downgrade, but you may not be able to upload new files if your filesize slots are over your storage limit. In this case, you’d have to first delete some existing files to make room for new files.

Your credit card information is not stored directly by Docalyis. It is stored by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe is a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the highest grade of payment processing security. If you have purchased a subscription, you can manage your credit card information by going to your user settings and clicking the link to your Stripe account dashboard.
